Weekly Writing Prompt #4
Last week I was honored to speak with a gentleman from the the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme. They provide online volunteering opportunities that allow organisations and volunteers to team up to address sustainable development challenges – anywhere in the world, from any device. I've been volunteering for the UNV for over 6 months now and not only am I contributing to sustainable human development but I have also been able to develop my skills and take on new roles that my professional life wouldn't normally provide.
This time I have been lucky enough to work with the UNV directly in reviewing and editing some of their communications to other volunteers around the world.
